The Hallowell Family Practice Patient Portal gives you secure online access to your medical records, as well as a fast and straightforward means to communicate with the office. Consider it an online account for your doctor's office, comparable to your present online banking or credit card accounts. Once you log in, you'll see information that is pulled from your medical records. Your health records, including any messages or general information sent to you by the practice, will be accessible only to you. With the Patient Portal, you will be able to:

A secure access code, personal IDs and passwords are used to access your portal account. This required login information is available only to you.
What Do I Need To Use It?
You'll need a device, internet connection and a browser, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. A valid email address is also required. Your email address will only be used to alert you when a new message has arrived in your portal account. It will never be sold or leased and it will be treated with the same privacy and care as your medical records. It's best to use an email address that only you have access to.

How Do I Sign Up?
You must be an active patient at our practice to create an account. In addition, you will need to contact us to obtain an activation code to activate your account. Once you have the code, you will create your own user name, password and other login credentials to verify your identity.
